December 6th isn’t an out-of-nowhere date, either, as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will see its last DLC drop on that day as the group closes the door on Ivor’s story. It also will mean that the group will not be implementing a New Video game + mode as has been asked for multiple times by gamers since the air conditioning title introduced in 2020. Gamers will also no longer see seasonal festivals run through Ravensthorpe, though the rewards from each will be offered in the in-game marketplace.
This is the first time in years that we have actually seen a mainline Ubisoft video game noted on Valve’s store on PC, and it does not seem to be the only one coming. A spokesperson for Ubisoft tells Euro gamer that more titles in their library will likewise be making the relocation, such as Anna 1800 and Roller Champions coming.
A new store listing was spotted on Steam (via Euro gamer), showing the most recent Assassin’s Creed entry embedded in Viking Age England will be coming to the platform on December 6th. Currently, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is available via Ubisoft’s Link app, as well as the Legendary Games Store.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be among a few Ubisoft titles to come to Steam, marking the publisher’s return to the platform after a couple of years away.
