The Football World Association FIFA has punished more than 50 national associations for misconduct of fans in international matches. This is apparent from a list of the disciplinary commission published on Monday.
The FIFA sank in particular discriminatory behavior of the spectators and violations of safety regulations, such as throwing objects.
It caught hard, among other things, the Hungarian Football Association. The Hungary must change the next home game without viewers, another game is exposed to probation for two years.
In addition, no fans arrive at the next away game, also punishments of a total of 281,000 Swiss francs (266,000 euros) were pronounced. Among other things, Hungarian spectators at the World Cup qualifier against England had insulted racist on 2 September players.
Significantly milder sanctions were also imposed on Monday. So world champion France was sentenced to a penalty in the amount of 2000 Swiss francs (around 1900 euros) because fans at the 1-1 against Bosnia-Herzegovina had not carried masks in the stadium at the beginning of September.
